Midfielder Sam Blackman, last seen featuring for Concord Rangers in the 2019-20 FA Trophy Final at Wembley last month, has returned to former club Margate.
Sam featured for Gate during the 2017-18 campaign, making twenty one impressive appearances in a blue shirt. Prior to his first spell he played University football in the USA, then headed to Leatherhead, having two spells in the first team squad- playing twenty three times during 2017-18 before heading to the Kent coast, and six times towards the end of the 2019-20 season.
As well as those matches for the Tanners during 19/20, he also spent time in National League South, with Dartford and with Concord Rangers, remaining with the latter during last season.
He also played five matches on loan at Hythe Town during 2019-20, hitting a purple patch in front of goal and scoring in four of them.
