Isthmian League announce partnership with Kaizen

By Ian Townsend

Ticketing and Merchandise partner now available to assist all of our clubs

As announced in the Non League Paper this morning, the Isthmian Football League has agreed a partnership for the 2020-2021 season with Kaizen Ticketing Solutions, a leading ticketing and merchandise provider to non-league football.

Kaizen will help clubs to sell anything they want to their fans. Kaizen have been working with non-league clubs from Steps 1-4 since 2015 and have provided a portfolio of services. These range from ticket and merchandise sales, through to season card printing, half-term course registrations and sponsorship sales.

Clubs can generate income 24/7, not just on match day as well as minimise the amount of cash being held in a turnstile or stored on premises and encourage advance purchases of tickets to ensure commitment ahead of match day and to assist with match planning for catering and programmes. It is hoped that this will work in unison with The FA’s Return to Football guidance and also attract and retain new supporters with improved online reach, build a database of supporters for marketing, and enable Clubs to receive online payments direct to their bank accounts and access funds within three business days.

The League is always looking for ways to help Clubs and it is believed that this partnership can improve and modernise operations. League Chairman Nick Robinson explained:

“This partnership comes at a crucial time for our sport at this level and is designed to benefit all our Clubs, as the League is planning for football’s return. We have many challenges before we can admit paying spectators again and this partnership is designed to assist all our clubs, great or small."

David Lynam is the Managing Director of the Company and will personally involve himself in this venture by sending each member club a ‘Getting Started’ pack . He commented:

“We hope that all Clubs will share our enthusiasm with the news of this partnership. We view this as a substantive and helpful move forward at a time when it cannot be needed more. I encourage that Clubs contact us as soon as possible so they can start to benefit from our experience in this field straight away”.
