Jammers on the Telly

Maldon & Tiptree will be experiencing a feeling of deja-vu after once more being chosen for BBC FA Cup coverage. The Jammers home tie with Morecambe, which due to covid restrictions has to be played behind closed doors, will be shown by the BBC across the internet on Sunday 8th November, with a 1245 kick off.

Unbeaten in all competitions so far this season, Maldon have eased past Hertford Town, Haverhill Rovers, Grays Athletic, Braintree Town and Haringey Borough to reach the First Round. Morecambe will be playing their first match in the competition this season, but during their last twenty one seasons they've been knocked out at this stage fourteen times. They sit twelfth in League Two, with four wins, four defeats and one draw.
