Merstham bring back Davies

Moatsiders hail the return of their former star

Merstham have announced the return to the club of forward Calum Davies, who has most recently been plying his trade at East Grinstead Town- where he has played a big part in their one hundred per cent start to the Pitching In South East season.

Davies was an important part of the Moatsiders run to the 2018-19 Playoff Final under former boss Hayden Bird, making thirty nine appearances and scoring four goals. Along with most of that squad, he upped and followed Bird to Kingstonian for the following campaign, making twenty four appearances before departing in the summer. He joined the Wasps on loan just before lockdown, playing once, before starting this season at East Court.

Prior to his first spell at Merstham, he played for Hastings United and Leatherhead.
