Nuts and Bolts bring back striker Kwayie

Former Tonbridge Angels man returns to Homelands once more

Ashford United have announced the return to the club of forward Tashi-Jay Kwayie.

Tashi-Jay made twenty four appearances for the Nuts and Bolts last season, and you may remember him from his time at Tonbridge Angels, where he came through the Academy before making his way into the first team squad, appearing regularly- if often from the bench- during 2017-18. The season prior to that he was unstoppable whilst on loan at East Grinstead Town, scoring seventeen times in only twenty six appearances, and he has also spent time at Thamesmead Town, where he got seven goals in seven games.

The Nuts and Bolts may throw him into action as his former club, the Wasps, come to visit tomorrow.
