New Stadium Sponsorship for the Brickies

Sittingbourne have agreed a two-year stadium sponsorship deal with local law firm, Jarmans Solicitors.

Jarmans’ investment gives the not-for-profit club the financial support to deliver on its plans to become more inclusive, enabling it to fund a new football academy and additional youth teams, as well as developing disabled and walking football programmes.

“Sittingbourne Football Club have been through many highs and lows since their founding – but has always been very much an inclusive, community football club,” explained Peter Pitts, Sittingbourne FC Company Secretary.

“We not only host the men’s Isthmian League side, but 13 additional teams for youngsters aged seven to 18. With the new sponsorship backing, we will be able to expand into disabled and walking football programs as well. We are very grateful to Jarmans for helping to ensure that Sittingbourne FC can remain a true ‘football for the community’ club.”

Maurice Dunk, Sittingbourne FC Chairman, added:

"As the current custodian of Sittingbourne FC, which has been around for over 130 years, it is simply fantastic news that our town’s largest and most prestigious law firm is to join forces with us.

Having just retired after 36 years within the legal profession, I have seen first-hand how potent a force a partnership like this can be. Our new collaboration should help both our organisations and our local community. The future is no doubt looking very good!"
