New structure at Leatherhead

Following the departure of boss Nikki Bull at the weekend, Leatherhead last night announced a new managerial structure with three new arrivals.

Mustafa Bashkal comes in as first team coach. Mustafa has most recently been first team coach at Clapton FC, who currently sit in fifteenth place in the Essex Senior League, and has also been part of the Academy teams at Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.

Mustafa is joined by Qayum Shakoor, who comes in as Head of Football. Qayum has been carrying out the same role as Clapton, and has also been the Under 23 Head of Football at League Tow side Crawley Town. He has experience of the club, as he was instrumental in bringing a number of players to fetch Grove during Jimmy Bullard's tenure.

Finally, Khush Johal comes in as a Football Consultant, 'assisting with operational and logistical matters wherever the new coaches and head of recruitment will require his expertise and assistance'.
