Woodward Regent

Brightlingsea Regent boss Brett Munyard successfully integrated a number of his former White Ensign charges at Brightlingsea Regent last season, and he's gone back to his old club for another, as Luke Woodward becomes the club's first agreed signing of the summer.

Brett told the club's social media team:

'Luke is a player who obviously I know very well, he was fantastic for me at Ensign and more than deserves an opportunity here at a higher level. He is extremely versatile and can play in all four forward positions and possesses great physical skills- and scores plenty of goals."

He scored eighteen goals for Ensign last season, in the Essex Senior League, where his side finished in mid table.
