Ramsgate fans might not have been given much to cheer in Saturday's defeat against Merstham, but at least they got to watch the debut of winger Deshane Dalling.
Deshane made thirteen appearances for Lewes this season, and of course was part of the Rooks squad alongside the Rams star striker Joe Taylor for the previous two seasons, although he made only eight appearances last season following nineteen during 21-22. He also spent time on loan at Whitehawk last season, playing twice.
Previously Deshane was a youth player with Staines Town, before moving on to the Academies at Huddersfield Town and Queens Park Rangers. He played professionally for the latter, and had loan spells at Cork City and Wealdstone before moving permanently to Hemel Hempstead Town, before swapping life as a Tudor for life as a Dart, moving to Dartford.
