From Heath to Hastings for Carvalho

Gil Carvalho moves from West Sussex to East Sussex- and up a level

Hastings United yesterday announced the signing of Haywards Heath Town winger Gil Carvalho.

Gil was a threat for Heath last season, and he previously played for East Grinstead Town, Corinthian-Casuals, Ramsgate and Sittingbourne.

He told his new club:

“I’m delighted to have agreed to join Hastings United. I was really impressed with the project that Gary (Elphick) and Jon (Meeney) presented me. I am excited to get started and looking forward to play in front of the fans and enjoying my football here.”
