From Tags to Beaches

There's a Flood in Brightlingsea, as Carlos moves from Hashtag to the seaside

Brightlingsea Regent last night announced the capture of Hashtag United midfielder Carlos Flood.

Carlos has been a big success for the Tags this season after making the step up from the Under 23 side of Tag's landlords, Bowers & Pitsea. He has made twenty appearances, scoring three goals- including two as his side defeated high-flying (they were then) AFC Sudbury three-two at the end of November. His last United appearance was in the draw with Romford last Saturday.

He was previously with Barnet according to Regent, but the Tag's showreel for the player has him listed as also spending time with Ipswich Town and Charlton Athletic.

Regent fans can watch that below, to get an idea of what they're getting!

He will have to wait awhile for his debut, as Regent aren't in action until 19th, when they host Folkestone Invicta.
