Margate's digital work picks up prestigious prize

Margate have been announced as the winners of the Kent Business Award in the 'Best Digital/Creative' category.

The club have been honoured for their collaboration with sponsors The Libertines, and for the way they use their brand across all digital platforms, not only to promote their club but to deliver community benefits.

We've often brought you examples of the work from their YouTube Channel, which is always superb, and we particularly enjoy their 'Unlocking the Gate' series. The latest special, featuring former player Mark Munday, appears below.

Charlotte Richardson, who produces much of the content, is leaving the club shortly. We'd like to wish her well in her future endeavours, and thank her for her exceptional work promoting her club and our competition. Live long and prosper, Charlotte, we'll miss you.
