Hallett the Abbott

Hitman Hallett returns to Waltham Abbey

Striker Jason Hallett has returned to Waltham Abbey, the club announced yesterday.

It will be his second spell as an Abbott, and follows his fourth spell with Canvey Island, for whom he made forty one appearances and scored twenty one goals last season.

Prior to his return to the Gulls he spent three seasons with Cheshunt, helping them to promotion to the Premier Division during his last one whilst scoring nineteen goals. He got twenty five and twenty nine during the two seasons before that. He was previously an Abbott during 2014-15, a season in which he got thirty seven goals in forty games, and he has also been prolific for Chelmsford City and Concord Rangers.
