Hayden returns to Town

Midfielder Lewis is back at Basingstoke

Basingstoke Town have announced the return of defensive midfielder Lewis Hayden.

As a youth, the player spent time with Southampton, Wycombe Wanderers, Reading and Oxford United. Nearer our level, he has played for Banbury United, Farnborough, Aylesbury Vale Dynamos and Didcot Town, joining Stoke last season and becoming an important part of the side- albeit for not very long due to the pandemic.

Find out manager Dan Brownlie's views on Hayden's return, here.
