Helmore for Woods

Northwood have announced the arrival of Binfield forward Josh Helmore.

Josh has a great strike rate this season, with eight goals in sixteen matches, including a run of five in five at the start of the campaign. He played a big part in the Moles run to the FA Vase Final at Wembley last season, making an impact in the later rounds despite missing much of the campaign with injury.

He previously played for Thatcham Town, scoring 12 goals as they lifted the Hellenic Premier title and FA Vase in 2017/18, and also spent a very short time with Bracknell Town when they first joined the Pitching In Isthmian League.

He also previously played for Reading Town, Berkhamsted and Gloucester City.
