Highlights: Ramsgate 4 Burgess Hill Town 2

The Rams come from behind to win- again

Leaders Ramsgate quickly got over their defeat at Lancing last weekend, hammering East Grinstead Town in midweek to establish an eleven point lead at the top of the table. The Rams faced yet more Sussex opposition as Burgess Hill Town made the trip to the Kentish seaside, the visitors in their best form of the campaign after winning their last three matches- and they showed their ability by shocking the Rams and going two-nil up, Dan Perry and Kieran Rowe scoring either side of the half hour mark. The hosts quickly hit back to level, Craig Stone and Medy Elito making it two-two at half time, and ten minutes into the second half normal service was resumed and they went ahead, Bode Anidugbe making it three-two. Six minutes from time TJ Jadama made it four-two, and the gap at the top remains eleven points. That’s four wins in a row for the Rams over the Hillians.
