Highlights: Westfield 3 Chipstead 1

Westfield welcomed Chipstead, twelfth v thirteenth. With five wins- and two defeats- from seven, Field had been in good form, whilst the Chips had lost their previous three and slipped down the table. Their problem has been at the back- only the bottom three had conceded more goals- and despite taking an early lead through Lewis Taylor on eighteen minutes, the Chips conceded three more. Jake Baxter’s fourteenth of the campaign saw the hosts draw level just before the break, and six minutes later Luke Elliott put them ahead. Six minutes from time a goal from Andrew Crossley made it three-one, and three points to the hosts, who climbed to ninth. A late red card for Caleb Wright didn’t dampen their day too much.
