The 19-year-old centre forward is pictured signing on a month's loan for the K's manager from their League Two groundsharers at Kingsmeadow on Friday ahead of their trip to Fetcham Grove in the competition's first qualifying round.
Williams was delighted to sign the teenager who joined the Dons aged 12 and signed his first professional contract in May 2014 after scoring goals for fun at U18 and U21 levels.
Oakley has made eight senior appearances for the Dons so far and Williams said: "I'm very pleased to bring George in on a month's loan. He is player that I have tracked for sometime and I know George is hungry to do well. I would like to thank Neal Ardley and Neil Cox for their help and delighted we can be part of George's development."

As well as his side's fitness, former Carshalton Athletic manager Williams also has his own on his mind after announcing he was in training for a charity run at the end of November that will also boost his playing budget.
To raise funds for Kingstonian Hospital and Kingstonian's Boost the Budget campaign, Williams is running the 9.5 miles from Chiswick Bridge to Tower Bridge on Sunday 29 November.
The proceeds will be used to buy Christmas presents for sick children at Kingston Hospital with Williams, his management team and the squad planning to visit the hospital shortly before Christmas to personally deliver the gifts and some festive cheer.
A K's spokesman said: "Let's come together and support Tommy in supporting two great local Kingston causes!"
