Invicta to honour supporter Harry- electronically

Folkestone Invicta unveil plans for the 'Harry Lester Scoreboard'

Folkestone Invicta have come up with a novel way to remember and honour one of their own, by introducing the 'Harry Lester Scoreboard.'

Harry, who sadly passed away last month, was a lifelong supporter of Folkestone football and much loved amongst the Invicta faithful. One of his many past roles at the club, as recalled by the club website, was to wind back the hand on the old clock so that it could restart for the second half, so they have decided that it would be apt to give the new clock/scoreboard his name. Given this one is electronic, the manual labour will cease the moment it is erected and plugged in!

If you'd like to donate, please head here to find out how. The new scoreboard should be unveiled at a pre-season friendly, to be arranged once we all know more about what the future looks like.
