Bowers man James returns to Great Wakering Rovers

Great Wakering Rovers have sealed the return to the club of Bowers & Pitsea midfielder James White.

James was a youth at Rovers before making his name at Dartford, and also played for Concord Rangers, where he made two hundred and eighteen appearances and stayed for four seasons.

He also spent time at Dover Athletic and at East Thurrock United, then signed for Canvey Island. He made eighty appearances for Canvey during two seasons, scoring six goals, before moving the short distance to Bowers and Pitsea in July 2020.

He made forty four appearances for Rob Small's men last season, playing a full part in their run to the First Round of the FA Cup and subsequent narrow defeat at Lincoln City.
