It's Football Friday!

By Ian Townsend

There's an actual football match in London tonight- a Semi-Final no less- and two of our teams are in it

Tonight sees a London Senior Cup Semi-Final tie, which will be played at Coles Park, home of Haringey Borough. But Haringey Borough won't be there!

Borough, defeated by Hanwell Town on penalties earlier this week, are playing host to the Semi-Final tie between the Geordies and the Terrors- better known as Tooting and Mitcham United- because Town's pitch is undergoing work. So if you're London based, head along there for a 7.45 PM kick off.

It’s CASH ONLY on the gate, no pre-booked tickets, and the prices are as follows:

Adults £10
Seniors £5
Under 16’s Free

The Geordies reached this stage by defeating Borough, Fisher and Barking, whilst the Terrors overcame Erith Town, Sporting Bengal United and Leyton Orient. If you don't remember the Orient match, that's because it didn't happen, Tooting were awarded a walkover- but we're sure they'd have won anyway! The winners will take on AFC Wimbledon at 1PM on Monday.
