It's Football Shirt Friday!

By Ian Townsend

Wear your colours and make a donation to help the Bobby Moore Fund fight bowel cancer

The Bobby Moore Fund is calling on you, football fans across the nation, to wear your favourite shirt, donate, and share a selfie to raise vital funds to help tackle bowel cancer.

Now in its eighth year, they want this Football Shirt Friday to be bigger and better than ever! So wear your shirt, head here to donate, and get your pictures on social media with the hashtag #FootballShirtFriday

England's greatest ever captain lost his battle with bowel cancer aged just fifty one. Since his death the fund set up in his name has raised twenty seven million pounds, and bowel cancer deaths have fallen by thirty percent- but there's more that needs to be done, and it can only happen if you help.

So stick on your shirt, stick up a selfie, and stick your hand in your pocket in honour of Bobby, #FootballShirtFriday, and all those who have battled this disease.
