Whitehawk have completed the loan signing of young Worthing star Finlay Chadwick- and gave him a debut from the bench in the second half of their FA Cup draw at Sevenoaks Town on Saturday. The forward replaced Ben Pope with half an hour to go, but was unable to break the deadlock on this occasion.
He has started the campaign as part of the Mackerel Men's first team squad, and indeed came on from the bench as they took on another familiar name, Aveley, last month. He will also be fresh in the memories of another Pitching In Isthmian side, Broadbridge Heath, as he scored against them as Worthing won the Sussex Community Shield last month, his goal coming from ten yards inside his own half!
You can watch that goal below- it's six and a half minutes in, and it's quite something!
