Magpie Mulready

Soham talisman Sam remains an Isthmian with a move to Dereham Town

Dereham Town last night announced the capture of Soham Town Rangers sensation Sam Mulready, on a one year contract with the option of a further year.

Sam has been magnificent for Rangers for the last four seasons. In his first, 2017-18, the creative player managed nine goals in only fifteen matches, and he has continued in a similar fashion since, with twenty three in 2018-19 and eighteen in 2019-20. Add in a large number of assists and Magpies fans must be wearing enormous grins this morning.

Prior to his time with Rangers, Sam started life with Grimsby Town. He also spent a few years with Kings Lynn Town, and spent some time with St Neots Town and Corby Town.
