Millbank moved to Whitstable from Ramsgate in August 2019, making thirty nine appearances and scoring fifteen goals during that first campaign, cut short by covid. he managed another four goals from nine games last season.
Millbank came through the youth ranks at Gillingham, but played the vast majority of his football for the Rams, on loan initially and then permanently from 2016 to 2019. This isn't his first time at Bay, however, he also had some time there on loan from the Gills during 2012-13.
