Millers Bennett becomes an Oak

By Ian Townsend

Winger Daniel Bennett is new at Sevenoaks Town

Sevenoaks Town have announced the arrival of Cray Valley PM winger Daniel Bennett.

Dan scored an incredibly impressive twenty two goals for the Millers last season after joining in the summer from Carshalton Athletic. He also played more games that anyone else at the club, forty six over the course of the campaign. Two of his goals came against his new club, as Cray defeated their hosts three-nil at Greatness Park in April.

The winger spent the 21-22 campaign at Carshalton, playing forty three times and scoring seven goals. He also had a season with Kingstonian, 2019-20, when he managed fourteen goals in forty one appearances- and was announced as a returning player for the K's last summer before arriving at the Millers.

He has also turned out for Merstham and Whyteleafe, spent four years at Farnborough, and a brief period at Chertsey Town and Walton Casuals.
