Moatsiders bring in a young Don

Merstham have announced the loan signing of AFC Wimbledon defender Reuben Collins- and gave him his debut in yesterday's two-all draw with Bognor Regis Town.

Reuben was the Dons Academy Player of the Year for last season, and signed his first professional deal last April. His talent and commitment saw him recognised in the League Football Education XI at the end of 2018, an accolade that acknowledges the football and academic progress of Under-18 players on apprenticeships at current or former English Football League (EFL) clubs - and is also designed to assess other factors, including involvement in community or charity-based initiatives.

He spent some time on loan at Basingstoke Town earlier this season.
