Monday night football!

If you're at a loose end and haven't yet drowned in a puddle of your own perspiration, then there is a chance for you to have a cold beer whilst watching someone else fight with the heat this evening.

A number of our clubs have decided to defy the rising mercury and play some football.

Carshalton Athletic are first up, and they entertain Pitching In Isthmian South Central side Chipstead at Colston Avenue.

If you happen to be on or near the Sussex coast, perhaps there might be a nice sea breeze at Littlehampton, where Town welcome their neighbours from Bognor Regis. If you can't get there you can listen live, here.

East Grinstead Town welcome the seemingly-affluent Crawley Town, who travel down the A264 for a match which will kick off at 7.30 PM.

Finally, over in Essex, the Len Salmon of Bowers & Pitsea will play host to Hashtag United, as they host Walthamstow.
