New signings for Gate and Angels

By Ian Townsend

Never a Friday night can pass without a signing update...

Margate and Tonbridge Angels have announced in the last hour that they have boosted their defences with new signings.

For Margate, incoming from Ebsfleet United in the National League is twenty year old defender Ollie Boulding. Boulding has had two seasons in the Fleet first team squad, but got very little game time at The Kuflink Stadium last season so has decided to try the seaside instead. The new man at Longmead is- for want of a better phrase- an old man at Longmead, as he played for Angels previously, turning out 128 times over three seasons before heading to Grays Athletic. But now the Tonbridge faithful will be able to delight in watching James Folkes once more.
