New striker for the Wasps

East Grinstead Town have announced the signing of striker Manu Oke William.

Manu spent his formative football years in beautiful Munich, playing for the City side TSV 1860 Munich (Bayern are the state side, effectively Bavaria Munich). He played for the youth and Under 17 sides before moving to Starnberg, who play at a level below the Bundesliga.

In the UK he played for Leicester Nirvana, Loughborough Dynamo, Wembley, FC Romania and, towards the end of last season, Tooting & Mitcham United, where he made eleven appearances and scored in defeat to Chertsey Town.
