Former VCD Athletic manager Nick Davis, who left Oakwoodat the weekend, has been appointed as new manager of another of his former clubs, Sittingbourne.
A club statement explained:
“Sittingbourne FC are thrilled to announce the appointment of Nick Davis as first team coach.
Nick returns to us after not only playing for the team but also having had two spells in the managerial hot seat co-managing the team from September 2013 - July 2014 and also solo from October 2014 - January 2018.
The club believe that Nick process the knowledge, skills and connections to not only head first team matters and bring improvements to the club, but also to have the time and ability to set up close working relationships with the academy and youth in order to ensure the growth and success of the club in the coming years.”
