Noah Phillips makes Heybridge Swifts debut, after Orient move

Goalkeeper Noah Phillips was thrust straight into the Heybridge Swifts side to face Bury Town on Saturday, after joining on loan from Leyton Orient.

Noah is getting rather used to Isthmian loans. He has had two spells on loan with Hornchurch, the most recent seeing him play in victory at Enfield Town at the end of January- and he also played three matches for the Urchins at the start of the 21-22 season.

Away from Hornchurch, last season saw him spend time with Bishop's Stortford, and later in the campaign he signed on at Swifts local rivals Maldon & Tiptree, although he seems to have made only one appearance for the Jammers.

He has also previously spent time with Waltham Abbey.

On the rare occasion he isn't getting experience somewhere else, the highly-rated young keeper is part of Orient's Under 18 side!
