Regent bring in former Colchester man

Dean Ager arrives in Brightlingsea

Brightlingsea Regent have announced the arrival of attacking midfielder Dean Ager, who was formerly with Colchester United.

Some supporters will perhaps remember Dean from his time at Regent's Premier Division rivals Bishop's Stortford during 2017-18, although of course the Blues were in the Southern League at that point. He also spent some time with Maldon and Tiptree during 2018-19, although the club website says that he played only twice and we can only remember one of those, as a substitute in a win at Great Wakering Rovers on January 5th 2019.

He spent a little time last season playing at Mersea Island FC.
