Rocks reinforce

Bognor Regis Town have announced the return to the club of attacking midfielder Sam Dowridge. Sam spent time with the club last season- what there was of it- making a loan move to Nyewood Lane from Havant and Waterlooville. He managed ten Rocks appearances, and got what proved to be the winner in victory over Carshalton Athletic.

Prior to his time with the Rocks and the Hawks, Sam has also spent time with Berkhamsted, Potton United, London Colney, Biggleswade United and Codicote.

He was an Academy player with Southampton and Stevenage, and has also played in Australia, for Preston Lions.
