Rooks bring in Hastings favourite

By Ian Townsend

Speedy forward is the latest Lewes addition

Lewes yesterday announced the signing of forward Jordy Mongoy from East Sussex rivals Hastings United.

Jordy had a phenomenal record at Pilot Field last season, better than a goal every two games even though he wasn't generally employed through the middle. He also assisted a large number of his teammates to find the back of the net, too.

Prior to joining Hastings he also spent some time on loan at East Grinstead Town, scoring one goal from five appearances last season and five from ten in 2017/18.
