Rowland is a Brickie once more

Rams striker returns to Woodstock Park

Sittingbourne have confirmed on social media that their former striker Kane Rowland has returned to the club.

Manager Darren Blackburn announced, via Facebook:

'It gives me great pleasure to welcome former Brickie, fans favourite and top striker Kane Rowland back to the club! We had to move quickly to secure his signature and thanks to Ramsgate FC, for making the process so smooth and professional. Kane will be in the squad for Tuesday nights match so grab your ticket.'

Rowland joined the Brickies- ironically from the Rams- for the 2017-18 season, and scored eighteen goals that campaign. He then moved on to Folkestone Invicta, before moving briefly back to Sittingbourne on loan, and then almost immediately joining the Rams once more! he made fourteen appearances for Ramsgate during 2018-19, scoring three times, and got another thirteen goals in forty one appearances last season.

He previously played for Whitstable Town and Margate.
