Scholars sign an Urchin and an Iron

A new Potters Bar duo

Potters Bar Town have announced tow new signings this morning.

The first is striker Marvin Morgan, who returns to the club from Hornchurch. The six feet four inch striker moved to Bridge Avenue at the end of September, and has made fifteen appearances and scored four goals. He started this season at Wingate and Finchley, making seven appearances and scoring one goal. He previously played professionally for Aldershot Town, Shrewsbury, Plymouth Argyle and Hartlepool United, amongst others. Read more here.

Joining Marvin at the Pakex is Braintree Town midfielder Charley Barker. You'll remember Charley from the forty one matches he played for Haringey Borough as they qualified for the Playoffs last season, scoring two goals. Charley started his career at Leyton Orient, being loaned out to Northwood and Soham Town Rangers, before moving to Braintree in the summer along with team mate Femi Akinwande. He's spent much of the season on the bench for the Iron.
