Shrimpers Wallace and Lambourne for Witham

Two Southend United youngsters come to Town

Witham Town had two debutants in their draw with Barking on Saturday, as Southend United loanees Jimmy Wallace and Tommy Lambourne signed on.

Jimmy has spent the last few months in the Pitching In Isthmian Premier with Bishop's Stortford, where he made a dozen appearances- and scored in their win against Bishop's Stortford last month. The Under 18's captain and a third year Scholar with United, he lifted the EFL Youth Alliance Merit League Two title last season.

Striker Tommy has been a regular goalscorer alongside Jimmy for the young Shrimpers, and this seems to be his first time away from Roots Hall.
