Gary Abisogun heads to Westfield on loan

Pitching In Isthmian South Central side Westfield have announced the loan signing of winger Gary Abisogun from National League South side Slough Town.

Gary was an enormous part of Bracknell Town's success last season, scoring fifteen goals and assisting seventeen more as the Robins reached the Pitching In Southern Premier Play Offs and the First Round of the Emirates FA Cup. The previous season had found him turning out for Chertsey Town, and he was superb as they reached the Play Off Final, scoring twenty times in forty eight appearances and setting up countless other goals. Westfield striker Jake Baxter, who played alongside him that season, must be polishing his shooting boots in anticipation!

He moved to Slough in pre-season, got injured in a friendly against former club Bracknell, and needed surgery on a knee cartilage problem.

He was previously with AFC Wimbledon, Cobham and Woking.
