Former Colchester United striker makes second Billericay move

Billericay Town last night introduced former Colchester United striker Tom Stagg from the bench in their draw with Bishop's Stortford.

Tom has no shortage of Pitching In Isthmian experience. He played Under 18 and Under 21 football for United, but whilst with the U's spent time on loan with a succession of our clubs, including Maldon & Tiptree (naturally), Witham Town and East Thurrock United. He then had his first spell with the Blues, who were then in National League South, before two more Isthmian spells last season, with Brentwood Town and Hashtag United.

His time at Brentwood saw him play four times, and then he played three times for the Tags, scoring on his debut against Great Wakering Rovers.
