Ronnie Henry signs on at Potters Bar Town

Potters Bar Town have announced the signing of Stevenage legend Ronnie Henry.

Ronnie made more than five hundred appearances for the League One club over two spells. He came through the ranks at Tottenham Hotspur before making his professional debut whilst on loan at Southend United. A move to Ireland with Dublin City came next, but that was short-lived and he was soon back in the UK and signing on at Stevenage for the first time.

His initial five years at the club brought a National League Play Off Final, an FA Trophy win and then promotion to the Football League, which he followed with promotion to League One.

After moving to Luton Town he won another promotion to the Football League before a return to Stevenage after two years. His second spell with the club saw another Play off campaign and also saw him become the clubs record appearance holder.

After eventually leaving Broadhall Way he spent some time with Billericay Town, then in National League South, and has spent the last few years with Royston Town.
