Swifts appeal for help for striker Andy

Heybridge Swifts launch appeal to help their injured striker Andy Fennell

Heybridge Swifts striker Andy Fennell has been in great form with eight goals this season- but the last one of those came at a price, as a challenge he received whilst completing his hat trick against Romford left him with a broken collar bone.

The club explain:

'Whilst Andy is out injured he is unable to work. If you can afford to donate any amount big or smalI I know it would help out.

Andy is a very popular member of the Heybridge Swifts FC family please donate to help one of our own.'

The target of five hundred pounds has almost been exceeded three times over, and if donating is good enough for pop stars then the rest of us mere mortals can perhaps help too!

If you'd like to donate, head here.
