Teniola finally gets his prize

Alex Teniola of Thamesmead Town has been on a rich run of form almost since the season began, and at the weekend received his betting.net Performance of the Month Award for August.

Alex received this award for a culmination of three performances in little over a week- although to be fair it would have been justified for either of the first two alone! He was given the award in recognition of:

● The FA Cup Preliminary Round whereby he scored 4 goals in an away victory at East Preston.
● His hat trick in the home victory against Horsham.
● His goal on Bank Holiday Monday in the local Derby with VCD Athletic, completing his scoring streak of a total of 8 goals in the month.

Congratulations Alex- the good folk of Princes Park will be looking for more of the same as the season progresses!
