Three Sparks

South Park announce a trio

On Friday and Saturday Pitching In Isthmian South Central South Park announced three new arrivals at Whitehall Lane- and one of them made a second half debut in the win over Northwood.

That debutant was Brendan Murphy-Mcvey, who moved across from fellow South Central side Sutton Common Rovers, where he had made twenty four appearances this season and scored four goals- one of them coming against Saturday's opponents. He played against his new side in Rovers six-nil defeat to the Sparks back in October. Brendan previously played for Walton Casuals, Hendon, Farnborough, Staines Town, Carshalton Athletic and Kingstonian.

Tresor Difika steps up from the Sparks Youth side, and is a centre back, whilst Danyaal Iqbal comes over from Sheerwater on a dual registration deal. He previously played youth football for Carshalton Athletic and Chipstead, and was with his new manager at Redhill earlier this season, part of the side that knocked Phoenix Sports out of the FA Cup in September.
