Bishop's Stortford welcome Folkestone Invicta. Margate and Haringey face off at Hartsdown Park, Billericay attempt to reach the Fourth Qualifying Round of the Cup, Lowestoft 'travel' to Gorleston, and Binfield look to close the gap

Bishop's Stortford have the chance to go top of the Pitching In Isthmian Premier this evening, as they welcome Folkestone Invicta. The Blues are five matches unbeaten and have kept a clean sheet in four of them, whilst Invicta have fallen to seven points behind their fifth place opponents- but do have three games in hand due to their cup heroics. The Stripes don't have a league win since August Bank Holiday Monday, but in fairness to them have only played two league matches since then. They are unbeaten on the road, however.

The last time the two sides met, Stortford won three-nil- a Frankie Merrifield hat trick doing the damage, back on April 2nd.

Margate play host to Haringey Borough, the Blues looking get back on track after defeats to Enfield Town and Aveley. Borough are also two without a win, although they did draw their last match, against Brightlingsea Regent ten days ago. Last season the clubs met three times, twice in the League and in the Semi Final of the Velocity Trophy, and Margate won two of those encounters and drew the other.

In the Pitching In Isthmian North Gorleston become the latest club to try and end Lowestoft Town's one hundred percent record. The Trawler Boys have won six from six, and as they are landlords to their opponents tonight's away match will actually be a home game! The 'hosts' have a very much opposite record to the Trawler Boys, five matches so far bringing five defeats.

Unbeaten Binfield could close the gap on Pitching In South Central leaders Northwood to two points if they can win the first of their games in hand. Sutton Common Rovers are the visitors, and will hope that the Moles are depressed after losing their first game of the season in any competition- they went out of the FA Cup at Beckenham Town on Saturday. That said, we might have cheered them up by awarding them Performance of the Month yesterday for their win over Tonbridge Angels! Rovers have gone five without a win, but three points for them would take them up to tenth- higher if they could deliver a rather handsome victory.

The FA Cup sees Billericay Town travel to Biggleswade Town. The Blues let a two goal cushion evaporate in the last ten minutes of Saturday's match, but have the incentive of a trip to Farnborough in the next round to look forward to if they could overcome their opponents tonight. Biggleswade Town are currently fourteenth in Pitching In Southern Central Division One, and have saved their best form for the cup.

In the Velocity Cup, Corinthian welcome Sittingbourne.
