Two new Rocks!

Well, if we're honest, one new Rock, and one returning Rock. You thought we were going to say old there, didn't you?

Bognor Regis Town have announced the return of defender Gary Charman, who rejoins the club from Burgess Hill Town after more than a year away.

Charman is a legend at Nyewood Lane, but left the club in August 2017 after being advised that he was unlikely to get much playing time- this despite being man of the match as the Rocks defeated Dulwich Hamlet to win the Isthmian League Premier Playoffs just a few months beforehand. He immediately signed for Eastbourne Borough, before ending up at the Green Elephants Stadium. He has been injured for the last month or so, last turning out for the Hillians in their victory over Margate on 3rd November.

Joining Charman at the Nye Camp is Portuguese goalkeeper Ricardo Teixeira. No, not the former FIFA Executive Committee member, a much younger chap with the same name! The Rocks new keeper came through the ranks at Boavista, and more recently turned out for Academica Viseu in the Portuguese Second Division.
