Urchins pick up award

Courtesy of the small matter of an FA Trophy win at Wembley, Pitching In Isthmian Premier side Hornchurch have been honoured by their local authority as they picked up Havering Council's Sports Club of the Year, 2022. You'd have thought that given the magnitude of their success they'd have very little competition!

Accepting the award on behalf of the club were Lewwis Spence, Norman Posner and Terry Fisher. Lewwis was part of the side that defeated National League side Hereford in that Final at Wembley on May 22nd, and scored in their Semi-Final victory against Notts County.
