VCD bring in Lilywhites midfielder

Faversham Town attacking midfielder Luke Griffiths has decided to head for pastures new, and has signed on at Oakwood.

Luke has spent a number of seasons with Town, although he was with Herne Bay for around twenty minutes at the start of last season before heading back there. He was the club's highest scorer in 2017-18, made twenty one appearances in 2018-19, and managed another seventeen- and three goals- after his return from the coast.

Announcing the signing on social media, the club explained that Luke 'has been a target of manager Keith McMahon for some time and he is very pleased to finally sign him.'
