Vita Risk Solutions Manager of the Month Awards: April 2022

It’s Manager of the Month time again, courtesy of Vita Risk Solutions- and here are our final bunch of victorious managers for the season.
Premier Division

The season ended with a trophy for Horsham manager Dom Di Paola, and now he has another- although this one is a little smaller and less shiny! Our Velocity Cup Winners had a magnificent April in the League, claiming fifteen points and recording wins over Potters Bar Town, Haringey Borough, Corinthian-Casuals, east Thurrock United and champions Worthing.

Congratulations to Dom and his happy Camping World band.

North Division

We’re travelling East, and stopping just before we fall into the sea. It’s time to pay tribute to the Seasiders of Felixstowe and Walton United, who had a wonderful April, defeating Great Wakering Rovers, Barking, Stowmarket Town, Bury Town, Maldon & Tiptree and Coggeshall Town to gatecrash the play offs. A magnificent run, and deserving of our plaudits.

Many congratulations to Stuart Boardley, who we hope will be able to get us extra sweets from the Seasiders sweet shop now we’ve been nice to him!

South Central Division

We’re sick of writing superlatives about Bracknell Town. “Free-scoring”… “continually exciting”…”extremely difficult to score against”…”runaway winners”- you get the picture. It’s been happening all season, and you’d think they’d do us all a favour and just be a little less predictable rather than winning all the time- but no, here we are again, giving awards to Bobby Wilkinson for delivering such an all-conquering team.

Bobby, whether your side ends up Isthmian or Southern in the forthcoming campaign, it’s been a delight to watch and we wish you the very best of luck at Step Three next season, Here’s yet another token of our esteem, because even though you managed to drop points with a draw alongside all those victories, your side still has better points per game for the month than all the rest. As usual, eh?!

South East Division

When Harry Hudson signed on at Sevenoaks Town his charges looked almost doomed. Instead of having to fight the drop, they ended up twelve points above the bottom three and on a winning streak that had to be seen to be believed. Faversham Town, Cray Valley PM, Hythe Town, Sittingbourne and even Hastings United were put to the sword in April.

Many congratulations to Harry. We’re not sure how you did it, but we’re mightily impressed that you did.
