Vita Risk Solutions Manager of the Month Awards: December 2021

Premier Division

We’re off to the Kentish seaside to honour Mr Folkestone, the one and only Neil Cugley. His side in stripes have been having fabulous season, and December saw them go unbeaten, win four of their five matches in all competitions, and score sixteen goals- becoming the closest challengers to Worthing at the top of the table. Their five goal walloping of Haringey Borough and six-one hammering of Merstham were particular highlights- unless you happen to be a fan of Haringey Borough or Merstham! Congratulations Neil, well deserved.

North Division

We’re off to somewhere we haven’t been before, as our December award goes to those North Division new boys and media darlings, Hashtag United, and their boss Jay Devereux. December saw the Tags win every match they played and soar up the table, and given they are at our level for the first time their progress continues to be phenomenal. Congratulations to Jay, and to all at the club.

South Central Division

It’s a month with no change, as Bobby Wilkinson is once again our Vita Risk Solutions Manager of the Month for the Pitching In Isthmian South Central Division. The Bracknell Town boss has seen his Robins sweep all before them in December, much as in November, winning all four of their matches. Not only did they win, they scored seventeen goals in the process, an average of more than four a game. Congrats to Bobby, and to all at Bottom Meadow.

South East Division

Over the last few seasons we’ve spent rather a lot of time at Hastings United, and we’re back there again, so Pilot Field probably needs an extension to its trophy cabinet. Same club, different manager, however, as this time Gary Elphick picks up his first prize as United boss, courtesy of his side winning all four of their league matches in December- including victories over top five rivals Herne Bay and Ramsgate. Congratulations to Gary and to all who play for him!
